Refund Policy – SP Enterprises

1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- The service provided fails to meet agreed specifications or is not delivered within the committed timeframe.
- Cancellations made before the order is processed or dispatched, subject to approval.
To initiate a refund request, the customer must submit a formal complaint within 7 days of product delivery or service completion.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds shall not be entertained under the following circumstances:
- Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or mishandling by the customer.
- Customized or made-to-order products unless defective.
- Service cancellations after execution has begun or resource allocation has been made.
- Any digital products or services once downloaded or delivered.
3. Refund Request Process
To process a refund, the following steps must be followed:
- Send a written request to our official email: support@spentprises.in, stating your order ID, reason for refund, and supporting evidence (images, invoices, etc.).
- Our customer support team will evaluate the claim and respond within 5–7 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product delivery).
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, SP Enterprises reserves the right to make the final decision. Customers are encouraged to contact our grievance redressal team before taking any external action.
6. Policy Updates
SP Enterprises reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be effective from the date of publication on our official platform.
