Return Policy – SP Enterprises
At SP Enterprises, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Return Policy is structured to facilitate a seamless and transparent process for handling product returns, subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, tags, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.”
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.
- Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request:
- Contact our Customer Support via email at support@spenterprises.in or call +91 93208 41055 within the return window.
- Provide the order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Our team will validate the request and arrange for reverse pickup, if eligible.
Note: In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, the customer must self-ship the product to our designated return address.
4. Inspection & Approval
Upon receipt of the returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the product to verify its condition. Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once the return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to the customer’s bank account after verification.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a company error.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchange is subject to product availability and is applicable only for the same item of a different size or variant. Exchange requests must follow the same procedure as returns.
