SP Enterprises – Shipping Policy
1. General Overview
At SP Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring prompt and secure delivery of all products to our customers. Our shipping policy outlines the procedures, timelines, charges, and logistics protocols associated with order fulfillment.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods, processing times may extend up to 3–5 business days.
3. Shipping Methods & Partners
We utilize reliable third-party logistics (3PL) service providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post for domestic deliveries. The shipping method is selected based on delivery location, product type, and service availability.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro Cities and Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days depending on accessibility and serviceability
Please note: Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation delays, regulatory constraints).
5. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹49 to ₹99, based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping: Applicable for prepaid orders above ₹999 (as per current promotional offers).
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking ID and courier partner details will be sent to your registered email or mobile number once the shipment is dispatched. You may track the status via the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking number.
7. International Shipping
Currently, SP Enterprises only offers shipping within India. International delivery services are not available at this time.
8. Delivery Attempt & Re-dispatch
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address during the courier’s attempt, a second attempt will be made. Failure to receive the package after multiple attempts may result in the product being returned to SP Enterprises. In such cases, re-dispatch charges will apply.
9. Packaging & Handling
All products are packed with high-grade materials to ensure safety during transit. Fragile and sensitive items are given special handling procedures to avoid breakage or leakage.
10. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is damaged in transit or lost, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (or non-delivery). SP Enterprises will coordinate with the logistics provider for resolution. Claims submitted beyond this timeframe may not be entertained.
